Thank you for sharing your recipes! I’ve loved everything I’ve tried and can’t wait to try the rest! I’ve told just about all my friends and family about your website and got them all hooked! Please never stop creating! ❤️

Hi Katrina. I’ve just started the Keto diet and have been using your recipes for sometime. I just wanted to clarify the figures for the macros on each recipe. In regards to the carbohydrate, this is the total carb content per serving and if I deduct the fibre and sugar this will give me the Net carb value? I am using a site that gives me this figure in their recipes, but I do love yours and would carry on using them if I can clarify these macros figures. TIA x

I’ve just found your site, this morning here in NZ, got the hubby off to work the grandsons who live with us off to school, then sat down and hav’ent moved since, I just love love your site and your story, I too have had health issues similar to you (won’t go into it here) but so could relate to what you have gone through. Good on you for getting on with life and doing something that makes you smile and get up and going in the morning. Its not always that easy to do that, but I just admire what you have done, and now you are blessing others with all your wonderful receipes and advice on cooking etc. I will follow you with great interest and certainly buy your book and recommend to other people. Take care and may God bless you richly in all you do.

I was diagnosed with non-hopkins lymphoma cancer on December 23,2015 and went in on my son’s 4th birthday which is January 11th and did 6 rounds of chemotherapy in a port and in my spine. I have been in remission since June 2016 and I still feel the pain all over my body. I was wanting to make the garlic butter stake and cheesy potatoes foil packs but can’t find the recipe. Could you please send it to me so I can try to make it.

A tradition I started a few years back is Sunday dinner with my children and grandchildren. I’ve never been a great cook but now that I have found you and your awesome recipes they think I’m the best cook ever! Please publish a cookbook! I’ve printed out all of your recipes and put them in a binder but having them in an old school cookbook would be so much easier. Keep up the great work!!

Why don’t you publish a cookbook, with all your beautiful pictures it would be like the American Ree Drummond cookbooks that we all love. I’d be the first one to buy the book. I’m a weight watcher n I love ur recipes. You’re extremely talented, keep up the good work!

    1. Karina says:

Ah Janine. You’re reading my mind. I’d love to publish a cookbook! I wouldn’t know where to start?! Thank you so much for your comment! You’ve made my year! Maybe I need to start looking into it!
