Smoked salmon and goats cheese rocks my socks…

And on an english muffin is like hello — pure amazingness because it’s so super fast to prepare you can feed your hunger in no.time.at.all.

The goats cheese brings out the beautiful natural flavours of smoked salmon, seasoning it naturally with just the right amount of salt while adding a creamy texture to your palate. The sharp flavour of the rocket — or arugula — compliments it so well, and putting it all on a warm and toasty English Muffin completes me. Or you. Or us both.
