Tips For The Best Dip
A few little details make this dip extra creamy, golden, and impossible to stop eating:
  • Bring the cheeses to room temperature before mixing — they’ll blend more easily and melt better.
  • Simmer the sauce until it thickens slightly to build flavor and keep the dip from getting watery.
  • Add a sprinkle of extra Parmesan on top before baking for that gorgeous golden crust.
  • Fresh herbs (not dried) give the whole dish a burst of brightness.
  • Let the dip rest for a few minutes before serving — it’ll stay creamy but hold its shape perfectly.
