All the flavors of classic lasagna baked into a creamy, cheesy dip! Made with layers of rich tomato sauce, seasoned beef, and a four-cheese blend that bubbles to golden perfection — perfect for scooping with bread or chips.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add olive oil
Add ground beef and cook until browned (about 3-4minutes)
Add tomato sauce a, cook, stir and simmer (8-10 minutes)
Stir in onion, Italian seasoning, cayenne pepper, half of the salt, and half of the black pepper. Cook for 2–3 minutes.
Add basil, parsley, and half of the garlic and tomato sauce. Stir and simmer gently for 5–6 minutes.
Stir in half the grated Parmesan reserving the other half, mix well, then remove from heat and set aside
In a separate bowl, mix mozzarella (reserve 1 cup for topping), cream cheese, remaining parmesan cheese, ricotta, basil, parsley, other half of the pepper, other half of the salt, and other half of the garlic until smooth and set aside
To assemble, spread the beef mixture evenly into a baking dish and pour the cheese mixture over the meat.
Top with the reserved mozzarella and bake at 185°C (365°F) for 25–30 minutes, or until golden and bubbling.

Bring the cheeses to room temperature before mixing — they’ll blend more easily and melt better.
Simmer the sauce until it thickens slightly to build flavor and keep the dip from getting watery.
