HOW TO MAKE BEEF STIR FRY
First, fry your ground beef until nicely browned and crispy. Once it’s browned with your onion, garlic and ginger, add half of your prepared stir fry sauce.
Once your cabbage and carrots have been added and are softened, add the remaining sauce, stir frying to coat everything in all of those flavours.
The water released from the cabbage will mix through, creating an abundance of crazy good sauce!
WHAT CUT OF BEEF FOR STIR FRY

Recipe is excellent, with the kids and adults gobbling it up! I was short on time, so I found a bag of shredded cabbage and carrots mixed together which saved time and hassle. You could also use a coleslaw mix without the dressing if you wanted to. We added chili paste to spice it up and served it over rice. A definite keeper!

Shockingly good recipe, was not expecting too much but it was great. After I made this I realized that cabbage gets put in a lot Chinese takeout food that I like – it is a perfect stir fry veggie.

I made this for lunch today. I added a handful of fresh chopped cilantro, before serving. It added a fresh “vibe” of flavor. I also used a spoonful of Umami Topping Crunchy Garlic with chili oil. It was flavorful not spicy. Delish. Thanks for the easy recipe.
