Garlic Butter
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter or spread of choice, softened at room temperature
- 4 cloves garlic, minced or 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
- 2 pinches salt to taste if using unsalted butter
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a small serving bowl, and mix until combined. Serve over a sweet corn on the cob or a nice crispy pan of Hasselback Sweet Potatoes!
