french onion chicken breasts were more than Yummy Delicious
Guests and Husband raved about them , I did not stuff the breasts instead I sliced the breasts in half
fried them on both sides until light golden and then placed them in a 8 x 8 Pyrex Pan in the oven with Shredded Italian Blend cheese on top in the onion sauce for about 1 Hour and Voila Yummy Yummy
served them with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Baby Carrots and small green salad on the side
Guests could not imagine how Yummy this would be and said it smelled so good in the kitchen when
they arrived and wondered what I was Making them for Dinner

I made your Firecracker Salmon for dinner the other night… and it was definitely a hit!
I must admit that neither my wife nor I have been big salmon fans, but, knowing how healthy it is for us (and wild-caught Pacific salmon is expensive), it is always a challenge to find recipes we like. I did tweak the recipe a little bit, substituting Sambal for the chili sauce and thus eliminated the pepper flakes and sriracha. I likewise substituted local raw honey for the brown sugar. The dish was spectacular and definitely a “make-again.” Thank you!
