    Hi Karina,
I use your blog so much and everything I have made is loved by my family. We always say, ‘thanks Karina’. Today, I am making your pot roast in the crock pot. I am also making your artisan bread again for a yum way of soaking up the gravy and for sandwiches for tomorrow. So, Thanks Karina. We truly appreciate your blog.

Great mushroom soup recipe! I had been looking for a knock out recipe for the past couple of years and this one filled the bill! Instead of two beef bullion cubes, I used one beef and one truffle bullion cube and everyone I have served this recipe has asked for seconds (and thirds)!

Thank you so much for your fantastic recipes, have you ever done a cookbook. ? I would love to buy one if you have .
I know that I can get your recipes on line and that is great, but I don’t think you can beat the old fashion cookbook (call me old fashioned)
Once again thank you for helping me produce some wonderful tasty meals for my family

First off…LOVE your blog! So many of your recipes are easy and are not exotic requiring me to go to a speciality store. But my/our MOST favorite is your creamy garlic shrimp with Parmesan. A double OMG! I live alone and wanted to make something special for my son (also a foodie) that live 4.5 hrs away. The sauce was sooo awesome we put it on salmon as well. Simply a WOW! Thanks so much for sharing. Be safe and well. Happy Holidays!
