Hi Karina, I found one of your recipes, near a Chocolate Bana bread recipe, that I had just made. So sorry to hear about your Cancer scare. We also lost our mother on Christmas Day, of Leukemia. She had been in the hospital for Pneumonia. They sent her for blood tests, and within the week she was at Hospice, and she passed away. None of us in this world truly nowadays ever knows what tomorrow brings. I agree with you- knowledge is power for sure. I will look into your book. i’m always interested in recipes, and possibly writing a food blog as well. I have a very multi-cultural background, and my Italian/Sicilian side craves great Italian, Greek and Mediterranean dishes for sure. Best wishes.
GREETINGS,
I follow you on YouTube and noticed you have not posted any videos in a long time. You’re the only food blogger I follow. I pray all is well. I noticed on IG you have not posted. Pray you’re well and hope to see some videos soon.
Hi Karina. Sending this via Vicki’s comment section Could not figure out where to otherwise comment at the site-strange . Any Karina, HYou do a very nice job on your chicken parmesan recipe. Always thought it was an appealing dish, but always got myself into more complicated things (regrettably). Have looked all over the web at tens of chick Parm recipes and think yours is best. Melissa Clark, for example, at the NYT has a full blown operatic version of the dish with baked layers etc. Not for me.
Can you please share your recipe of garam masala used in Chicken Tikka? Or, do you use a specific prepared brand? If yes, which brand.
Love your recipes that I have tried. Thank you for sharing and inspiring.
I was never a pancake lover but one day I wanted pancakes…6 months later I found your recipe and decided we are having pancakes for breakfast. I added chocolate chips to your recipe and my son said “you know we should have pancakes every week”. Well, we have, every Saturday. Glad I stumbled upon your recipe and now your website.
Hi Karina,
I’m so impressed with this website, you have done a marvelous effort and job indeed.
I will definitely start cooking some selective recipes from your list.

I have never made mushroom soup before, not sure why but this is THE BEST soup ever. Made with coconut cream instead of dairy. was divine! I wanted to eat the whole thing. I actually used half of it with a tuna noodle casserole with brown rice noddles. I’m telling you it was DELISH!! THANK YOU SO MUCH.. gonna share with everyone I know! Blessings to you!
God bless you and your family. You are lovely and I hope as kind as you seem. Your smile is wonderful and I could tell you had trauma from your childhood as I have the same. Your smile made me happy and sad because now I want to be like you. smile like you…You have inspired me. Thank you. Keep up the great recipes and that inspiring smile.
Hey Karina
My son and i were looking for curry pastes to can and we did your butter chicken with a small modification to add the marinade into the sauce as well.
OMG it was so good and canned a treat, i was wondering if you do other Indian curries as we did find some others and they were no where neat as good as your butter chicken.
LOVE it i plan to do some more to can this week.
thanks
