The restaurant Olivia’s in Florida has recently gone viral for very bad reasons, and I just wanted to let you know they are stealing your pictures to advertise on their menus and websites.
They also stole pictures from the Portillos page and used them as their own.
I would recommend serving them with a cease and desist on the use of your images, as they are profiting off them. It would also be a good idea just so you can distance yourself from that place in general so you don’t receive any of the blowback that Olivia’s is recieving.
Are they still doing this? Unreall.the lengths some would go to even do this! Read of another blogger stealing from Karina as well! People just love plagiarism these days!
Karina, stumbled upon your website and the chicken stuffed barbecue caprese sounds divine! I love caprese and pasta (from another blogger that are sisters) and theirs is delicious as well. This one for sure on my list to try!

Due to the pandemic like many life has changed a great deal. My wife and I made the decision that I would stay home and be here for our daughter. I took over all house duties including cooking. I can cook a burger and make chicken on the grill and make a mean pot of pasta out of the box. That was fine for a while.
Then while having lunch with a friend (who’s a chef) I decided that I had to step up my game. I started the old fashion way found cook books people had given us over the years but that didn’t get me fired up.
One day while waiting to pick my daughter up I came across your website. To be precise your dad’s chimichurri receipt. It was the way I grew up eating it in South Florida and I had to try it. That receipt quickly became my daughter’s favorite, we make it at least once a week.
Your site has become my go too.. You’ve inspired me to create weekly meal plans. It is something that I have never done but thanks to you and your site, I’ve started. We have less waste and our grocery bills have decreased while the quality of our meals have improved.
I’ve been sharing your website with my friends and family. I’ve actually started doing dinners for friends and family due to your receipts. I spent my career in sales and was missing the rush of closing a deal. I have to say I really enjoy watching responses when people take a bite.
So, thank you for creating such amazing meals and helping me find a passion that I didn’t know existed.
PARENTS – if you have children that only want chicken tenders, noodles and pizza. Try some of these receipts, my daughter has gone from “no, I don’t want that to a what are we having, tonight.” She was excited last night when we had honey mustard chicken thighs, potatoes and green beans. She ate everything and asked for seconds on the potatoes and the green beans.

Oh, so many recipes call for Cream of Mushroom and Cream of Celery soup but I have been trying to avoid the canned versions and find a great homemade recipe. Your Cream of Mushroom recipe does that. But I would like to make a large batch and store it. Can your version be frozen or even canned and stored without refrigeration? Do you have a separate Cream of Celery Soup recipe?
