I served up my husband your Crispy Boneless Chicken Thighs just now and when I asked him how he liked them, I expected the usual “wunderbar” (I live in Austria). I tweeked it with a little sweet paprika and just a hint of flour. Instead, I he cheered, “One of the BEST chickens I EVER ate!” I looked for some place to add another 5-stars to your already 26 of 26 5-stars at Google, but alas I couldn’t find where to do it with the new Google. I will make note of the slight changes I made and make it again soon. Thanks for your page. Kindest regards, Lora.

    Hi,
Making your chicken parmigiana for a dinner party; sounds easy & wonderful. Wondering if it can be made ahead.

    Hi Karina,

Absolutely love your recipes and make a lot of your dishes. One thing I have noticed that missing is Duck. Do you have any recipes for a duck breast salad that can be shared?

    Hi Karina

I noticed Ciao! Kitchen translated your Butter chicken recipe into Chinese and used it on her blog, Bilibili and YouTube channel as her own recipe. Me and few other readers have tried to ask her to link them to your original post to give you credit, but she ignored and deleted our comments instead.

Here are the posts and videos:

She also posted the remake cooking video on her Facebook page, but no recipe attached
