I should have guessed you had already received many lovely praises. When I clicked on “contact me” I was thinking I’m probably the only nerd to take the time to praise you over a single video of a single recipe, given how saturated the internet is with cooking sites. How wonderful to see I was wrong. You deserve all of these lovely comments.
I just finished watching the video of you making the Creamy Garlic Chicken Breasts. I absolutely love how artistically that video is done. Truly a work of art. Thank you for sharing such beauty with us, and thank you for opting for a relaxed speed instead of the “panic attack if I don’t pause every two seconds” speed videos. They certainly have their place and I actually appreciate them many times for recipes I have made several times already, but … if I had to choose between your style and that one? I’d take yours any day of the week. It gives me a proper reminder that I don’t have to cook just to survive. There should be pleasure.
It would be neat if you posted a video or link underneath your main one that shows the same exact video in fast speed for those who already relished the original video and are cooking the dish a 3rd or 4th time, so that they can get the reminders they need and not have to fast forward? Pause is a little bit easier than FF. Call it the “refresher speed for those who need it.” LOL But never stop posting the casual speed that you do.
Thanks for seeing that cooking and eating is really an art to be savored and meant to bring us joy every single time we do it.
Hey Karina! I follow your Cafe Delites page on Facebook, and saved all of your recipes! I love the videos. Please continue to keep posting your delicious recipe! I tried the Garlic Parmesan Potatoes last night and it was a HIT!!! Looking forward to more videos and recipes! Thank You!!

Karina your recipes are amazing. We have used a bunch here now and they are all really good. It’s not common to find this many good recipes in one place. We are trying your crispy lemon chicken tonight. Thanks for the recipes
Hi Karina! My husband and I loved all of your recipes that we’ve made so I’ve been looking through them to find new things to make. I made a copy of the Mongolian Beef & Broccoli in the Beef category. After I finished all the recipes in that category, I moved to your Asian category. I would have missed the Mongolian Beef & Broccoli if I hadn’t already seen it. It’s not a big thing but it would help those who are browsing through a category looking for something new. Thanks!
I went to pastry school. So I am a bit of a food snob. I have always disliked making brownies. I have always thought of them as pedestrian and a pain to make. My son asked me to make them. Although I cringed, I went ahead. I came across your recipe with the Fudgiest brownies. I used Callebaut chocolate and semi sweet chips and baked them in an 11×7 pan. The bake time was higher than your recipe stated but OMG they were fabulous! Thank you for sharing such a decadent recipe 🙂
Hi Karina,
Have been married for 56 years and through that time have never done any cooking.
However as I have at last retired aged 77, I have now started to indulge in some cooking.
Discovered your Cafe Delights. Website and am enjoying many of your recipes particularly the one pan cooking ideas.
My wife has said that as I am doing such a good job of it she is NOW retiring from the kitchen.
Even my daughter wants me to show here how it’s done, can’t be bad for a first timer.
Keep the recipes coming as I am now a dedicated Cafe Delights subscriber.

Thank you so much!
I’ve cooked three of your recipes over the last two weeks and they have all worked really well.
Your clear instructions led to tasty and popular results!
I find that cooking is great therapy during these difficult times so I am doubly grateful.
