Hi Karina, I am one of those cooks that loves to scour the Internet for recipes. I usually find 2-3 similar recipes and come up with my own to fit my tastes. Well, I googled pork roast recipes and your Chrispy Carnitas caught my eye, I read the recipe and did not even consider finding any other similar recipes. I booked marked it and added the ingredients to my shopping list. Then I started seeing other recipes I wanted to try and bookmarked those. Finally I just stopped and booked marked your home page. I rarely find recipes that I don’t feel like I need to tweak a little; yours are not the case. Thank you and I look forward cooking your food!
Hi Karina. Your photos are being used by someone wherein they cropped the watermark. I do not personally know the person but a neighbour showed me the ad and noticed it is exactly the same as your picture. This neighbour bought a food dish and it is nowhere near the photo posted. Now we know why
I would definitely purchase a cook book! Karina’s recipes have changed my families eating. My picky kids are no longer picky and my husband isn’t smothering his food in hot sauce.

First time browser. Your Slow cooker roast chicken recipe is currently cooking away in my crock pot. I’m having guests later and my house smells fantastic. I will let you know how the guests enjoy the recipe. I did do a slight variation (the guests coming over have a penchant for food with a little kick) so I decided to crush up a habanero chili with the garlic. I’ll let you know how it goes. Very excited. I’ve bookmarked your blog!
We were introuduced to Cafe Delites by a friend who shared the Cream of Mushroom soup recipe. Since then we have tried many soup, chicken, shrimp and scallop recipes. My teens are well versed in looking up a recipe now to cook dinner for the family. One challenge that I have is the seafood selection is limited to salmon, shrimp and scallops. Do you have any tilapia or white fish recipes? These tend to be delicate or dry out easily. Would love to learn more.
