Okay, dumb question here… I’m not a drinker, never have been, but some of your alcoholic beverages look delicious. What can I use as replacements for the alcohol in the drinks I choose (strawberry rose slushies, strawberry coconut mojitos for example)?

Dear Karina, Thankyou for your Blog, and recipes. As l cook from scratch they are fantastic. Some are similar to my own recipes but yours add extra yum .l am now in a wheelchair so simple easy to follow recipes to give my Support Worker to part cook or prepare for us are super.

My daughter in law went through the same journey as yourself however she didn’t have children at the time . After being given the all clear from the Hopkins Lymphoma 12 months later welcomed a little baby boy. He really is Gods gift and we all pray everyday a prayer of thankfulness for the wonderful blessings we have. I pray you continue to experience good health, happiness and the gift of sharing your recipes with many families .God Bless, Nola

    Hi Karina,
I just wanted to leave a small comment saying thank you for sharing your recipes . With everything that has been happening in the world recently my own little personal goal has been to try new recipes while staying in at home. My partner and I have tried many dishes of yours and they have all been fantastic, especially your lasanga- holy moly girl!! Anyway, thanks for making my happy food dance a more common occurrence at home.

    All the best x

I had a craving for chewy, chocolatey cookies, and your recipe came up when I googled it:

      https://cafedelites.com/best-fudgy-chocolate-brownie-cookies/

They had a great texture and flavor — except they were way too salty! I know it’s only a half teaspoon but it’s a small recipe and it was too much for me. If I make it again I would try it with 1/4 teaspoon salt.

      Thanks!
