Today I found your chicken Parmesan recipe and had a question. Before you bake you have a step to fry the chicken. Do you think I could fry the chicken ahead of time? Even a day ahead and then proceed with baking? I wonder if they’d need to bake a little longer to bring up the temp from being in the fridge..?

To-day while browsing I managed to see a video on stuffed chicken breast with mozzarella mushrooms and finished in a cream sauce, I’ve been trying to find the recipe and replay the video but no luck? Could you please instruct me on how to find it?
