    Karina,
Just wanted to let you know the French Dip recipe is by far one of the easiest and most delicious recipes ever. I will never pay $15 a plate for a restaurant version again because none will be better than what I ate this weekend. And then to be able to cook it in a slow cooker on top of that, just made my day. I am definitely trying other recipes.

    Thank you,
    Amy

I cant thank you enough for this web sight! I cooked your chicken marsala with the cream added, and my wife says it is the best you ever made. Then I tried the honey mustard chicken with potatoes, and again, it was the bomb. what can I say. If you follow the recipes to the letter, you cant go wrong

So happy to see you are back hope everything is ok?!? I’ve enjoyed your recipes and have learned from you. I have an Italian food blog, just started within this last year. Have a very long way to go yet but every day I plug along a little more. But I still like all your recipes and enjoy experimenting with them. I have also offered up prayers for you; don’t know if it had anything to do with your cancer but I’m praying that you could experience healing. Okay just wanted to extend my well wishes for you and a speedy recovery. And I look forward to seeing more of your cheery emails in my inbox once again. Sending health and happiness your way, Tina Palma Josiesdaughterskitchen.com

I found your website last night. I love to cook because I love to dine with my family and see them enjoy delicious home cooked meals. I stumbled across your chicken marsala recipe last night and it was the best ever!!!! My family went crazy over it. Your recipes don’t look complicated, don’t have tons of ingredients and just look plain good!!!!! I am fired up about trying so many. My next is going to be caprese stuffed balsamic chicken. Thank you for this website. Hard to be a full time working mom that is passionate about cooking and I think you have helped me with that! Bless you!

When in the year do your meal plans start? I thought it would be in January which would make this week 33 but it starts with pumpkin soup. Pumpkins in the UK are not plentiful until October/November. I apologise if it says somewhere that I have not seen when the start is.
Yours meals look truly scrumptious, so glad I found your website.
    Kindest regards,
    Marilyn
