I need some gluten free main meals. I have celiac so I can’t have ANY gluten what so ever.
I can find all kinds of gluten free desserts/sweets but I’m, also diabetic.
Thank you
I’m a 50-year-old husband and father of 4 (3 still live at home) and you helped inspire cooking exploration, which started just a few years. And what an amazing journey so far.
How did I just come across you?!? I’m telling everyone about your website and fabulous recipes. If you were right in front of me, I’d give you a big hug. Thank you!!!
HI, you are amazing!! Your recipes are through the roof!! You can tell by your description (not the actual receipe) that you really love food and what you do (SO WELL). I cannot wait to get your book. Keep the recipes coming; I am a true fan!!!
Karina,
Your recipes are AMAZING! I’ve made several of your recipes and every single one has been perfect!
Do you have a recipe for chicken Vindaloo?
Thank you for making cooking fun and easy!
You have some of the BEST Recipes I have EVER made. I’ve never been disappointed. The ingredients are always easy to get & the recipes take hardly any time to make. Thank you so much for sharing them.
Thank you so much for including a jump to recipe option!! it’s is always annoying looking for the recipe and having to sift through pages of pictures and other stuff. Thank you so much I wish more people did this 😀
I love most of your recipes! I print them out for future use and have never been disappointed! However, I enjoy the information you give with hints before we get to the recipe. How can I print that out too? You give valuable information that I never remember when I’m making that recipe. Can you make that portion able to print out too?
I made one of those gloppy blender versions of chimichurri. Had my doubts about it because I’ve been in Argentina and Uruguay and had plenty of the real thing. I remembered it looking like your pictures, NOT a puree. But it’s been awhile since I was there (2003) so I thought maybe I forgot. Since every recipe I found used a blender or food processor, I figured that was the way to go. Well, after a few unsatisfying bites, the way to go was – into the trash!
So now I searched for “Argentine Chimichurri” – and up popped your recipe. I haven’t made it yet, but doesn’t matter. I KNOW I’ve found the real deal. I look forward to making it. Muchisimas gracias!
