I just saw your recipe for the Creamy Garlic Scallops, and my mouth was watering as I saw the video! For people who have a dairy sensitivity, do you have any recommendations for a substitute?
Well… I happened upon this site and once I realized how many bookmarks I was adding I just had to subscribe! Everything looks and sounds so delicious! I cook for mom, sister, nephew and myself at home and have been looking to replace some of our recipes with low carb ones and you have so much to choose from! I also love that you have some quick/make ahead recipes that are still healthy! You are going to make my life a whole lot easier (and healthier!) Keep up the good work!
OMG! Best crockpot pot roast ever! Competes with a great beef bourguignon any day. I know Russets can’t compete with Yukon Golds but put in last four hours and still amazing.
Amazing Cinnamon rolls! I discovered your recipe a few months ago and have been using it ever since. The soft cinnamon rolls are TRULY soft. Your recipe is the best one I’ve found. I did tweak a few things just for my own taste but your recipe is the best! Thank you for sharing!

Absolutely spot on with background and practical instructions of really great recipes. I don’t bother to look elsewhere anymore as I am delighted with everything I have made from your site. Made your brownie recipe followed the directions to the t. I am so impressed. I baked mine at 325 for 45 minutes to still have that fudgy center. Definitely had that crackly crust. Thanks for sharing. 😉

I love to order lamb when I go out, though have never cooked it before. For Father’s day, I am going to cook for the love of my life and his sons. He is a more confident cook than I but, I am going to try to make your Braised Lamb Shanks and serve with rice. I feel encouraged and confident I can do this – you explain things thoroughly and have offered different methods of cooking. I will likely use the oven method. I found your site while searching for a braised lamb recipe – so thrilled to have found it. Wish me luck – I will tell you how it turns out
