Do you have a recipe for gumbo?

    1. Karina Carrel says:

Hi Monica, that is a great suggestion! I will start working on one, in the meantime I have a one-pot solution that has similar ingredients but is different and it’s the popular jambalaya Enjoy! Xx

    Can you freeze this soup?

    1. Karina Carrel says:

Hi Cathy, I’m not sure which soup you are referring to however yes, you can freeze most soups. Broth-based soups generally freeze the best. It’s a good idea to leave out any pasta, rice, or dairy if you plan on freezing it, and add those in when you reheat it. Hope this help. Xx

Hello! I made your Smothered Pork Chops, and let me tell you they were the BEST EVER! We all LOVED the gravy! SO I’m wondering if this would work with CHicken thighs as well?

    1. Karina Carrel says:

Hi LJ, yes it would, just keep an eye on the simmering time. After you add the chicken back to the gravy, simmer for about 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Chicken thighs cook a bit quicker than pork chops, so keep an eye on them. Enjoy! Xx

Hey so I absolutely love all of the recipes I’ve made on here so far! The hot honey chicken is TO DIE FOR. I made it and I was so sad when I was done because I didn’t make enough for leftovers! Would I be able to recommend making the website a little more phone friendly? I try to click the search button to get my favorites and it’s not always working so it’s a little difficult getting to me favorited dishes sometimes.

    1. Karina Carrel says:

Hi Jenn, Thanks for the feedback, so happy to hear that you love the recipes. I will have the tech team to look into the search button. Enjoy cooking Xx
