I enjoyed so many of your chicken dishes in the past, I only see one or more, I don’t see a recipe for chicken marsala. the format before was perfect. Why the change?

Love your chimichurri recipe. Very much the authentic version and have been using it quite often.

Do you have a recipe for red chimichurri? Been wanting to try that one out but many recipes I’m finding online don’t seem to be quite right.

    1. Karina Carrel says:

Hi Steve, Thank you so much for your kind words. I’m so happy to hear that my chimichurri recipe has become a frequent go-to for you! It’s one of my family’s favourites as well.

That’s a fantastic question! I don’t have a recipe for a specific red chimichurri on the site right now, but I love the idea and will definitely add it to my list to develop one. The authentic version you’ve been making is the one my father taught me, and we’ve always loved the kick from the fresh red chilies in the green sauce.

A true chimichurri rojo often gets its colour and smoky flavour from roasted red peppers and paprika, which is a delicious variation.

Thank you again for the wonderful suggestion, and I hope you continue to enjoy the recipes!

Hi! I’m looking for your recipe for Creamy Garlic Parmesan Brussels Sprouts & Bacon. I would love to make it this weekend. I cannot find it on your website nir on your fb page… The link I have gives me the dreaded 404 Not Found error, and a search on you website and on your fb page doesn’t show it either. Could you please point me to a usable link?
Thank you, so much, in advance! I’m really looking forward to trying it!
