    I just posted a comment about your wonderful lemon garlic shrimp recipe which my wife and I loved. I wanted to mention that I was a stem cell donor for my brother when he had blood cancer. Anyway I have seen up close how difficult cancer journeys can be -I’m glad you survived and have found such a great way to share your love of cooking.

      Arlene, I echo your sentiments exactly. Wonderful lady who has taken the time to share her enjoyments in this life. Blessings to you Karina! This is now a must go-to site whenever I need a recipe. I started with look up of chimichurri. As a boy, I loved being by the grill when Dad and his associate, a doctor from Argentina in the States for training in his specialty, grilled meats topped with chimichurri. It was a great memory and I now sought to find and make some for my family. Thanks again and all the best to you.

    Hi Karina, your Roast Turkey platter displays the most beautifully carved turkey ever!!! I have never even come close to a decent presentation of carved turkey. Any chance that you could provide a diagram or video of your perfect carving process?

    Hello,
    I have made nearly every one of your creamy chicken recipes and have loved them all. For Christmas, I am thinking about making/sealing/freezing several of your recipes for my parents to simplify dinner for them. Have you ever frozen them? If so, did they reheat well? I’m worried the creamy sauces might break. Thanks! Love your recipes!

    Just an edit to my previous post – I should have noticed it right away – they appear to be stealing your recipes from Cafe Delites, and are posting them under the name Karina Carel, with your profile pic, encouraging people to go to a certain site and register for 5000 prize money… with the catch you have to enter credit card details and such for age verification, and although they promise not to charge anything to your card, they do…

        I have made the Butter chicken recipe twice now. My daughter said it was better than our favorite Indian restaurant. It is easy and so delicious! Thank you for sharing!!!
