    Hi Karina,
Every so glad to come have across your website full of recipes of all my favourite type of food. For someone that has never enjoyed cooking, your tasty recipes combined with easy to follow videos are particularly helpful and have transformed me into a real foodie! I’ve tried several of your recipes with great results. Keep it up and please keep sharing, I’ve converted my usual Friday ‘eat out’ evenings into Friday ‘cooking-at-home’ evenings. Thank you once again!

When making the smashed sweet potatoes, do you cook them whole or cut into cylinders and then boil?

i don’t know if you have this already or if you have already thought about it but you should make your blog sorta like a shopping page. People can log on and have like a “wish list” of the foods that they want to make so they can save their recipes. i don’t know, just a thought!

Julia! I’d LOVE to do that! Thank you for the suggestion. I have tried to set up an Amazon store but to no avail. I’ll have to look into the ‘wish list’ though. I think that’s brilliant. Thank you so much!

I absolutely love making these dishes!! Crowd pleasing recipes with so much flavor. My wife’s new favorite dish is your French onion stuffed chicken and I just cooked it for my mother…. It’s her new favorite now too!! My mom is a professional southern mother chef and can’t wait to make this herself. Will you please make a cookbook!! I will be the first to buy! Keep making your amazing dishes!
