I bumped into your Garlic Mushrooms recipe this evening and I knew it just then that I had to try it. Voila – it turned out just as crisp as you had written it would, and I also loved the golden brown colour it gave. The use of Olive Oil along with Butter was definitely a new to me.
I always prepare something similar to your recipe but this is definitely the first time, it has turned out so well and just right. My family enjoyed it as well. Thanks to you!

Your black bean and rice rice recipe: The ingredients list coriander but the last of the instructions mention cilantro. Which is it to be? Cilantro I think would go better but it is your recipe. Please respond asap as I am going to use it tomorrow.

I’m looking for a recipe for “Oxtails in red wine sauce over rice” and a “Cream of mushroom soup and chicken over rice” These two dishes were done by my family (i.e. mom, grandmom, great grandmom, greatgreat grandmom) but no one ever thought to get the recipes from them. I was seeking a different recipe for Shrimp Scampi and stumbled into your blog… and now I am sitting here printing recipes like crazy. Unfortunately, I am only on page 8, and I have already have printed seven. It will take me at least a month to do 149 pages… but I intend to live to age 100 (at least) so I can cook all the ones I print.
