Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice (or 1 tablespoon white vinegar)
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low-medium heat. Add the honey and garlic; whisk until the honey has melted through the butter and the mixture is well combined. Pour in the lemon juice (or vinegar), season with salt and add parsley.
  • Best cooked or served with salmon, chicken, shrimp, fish, scallops, oysters.

Notes

Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.
