In a large saucepan, fry onion and garlic in the oil
Add mussels, salmon and calamari and cook for roughly 3 minutes.
Add prawns and stir everything together, allowing to cook for a further 2 minutes
Pour in the wine, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste
Allow to simmer for a further 3 minutes, or until the prawns change in colour
Add in the parsley and take off heat.
Pour in the cooked pasta, and mix all ingredients together, breaking up the salmon into bite-sized pieces unit the wine and oil have fully covered the pasta and seafood.
Squeeze over a little extra lemon juice and sprinkle with remaining parsley
