Garlic & Paprika Oven Baked Chicken Nuggets

- 1 whole egg
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic seasoning (or garlic powder)
- 1/2 tablespoon mild ground paprika
- Sea salt to season
- 500 g | 1lbs chicken breast , cubed into nugget sizes (2-inch x 2-inch)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs or crumbs of choice (ground oats, almond meal, cornflake crumbs etc)
Preheat oven 200c | 390f. Prepare an oven tray with parchment/baking paper, and set aside.
Combine eggs, garlic seasoning, paprika and salt in a medium sized bowl and whisk well. Add in chicken and mix to coat well until all chicken pieces are fully covered.
Pour breadcrumbs onto a separate plate, and dip chicken pieces one at a time into breadcrumbs. Coat well and place onto tray. Repeat with all chicken pieces.
Spray with coconut oil spray (or any cooking oil spray of choice).
Bake in the oven for 20 - 30 minutes, turning once halfway, until cooked through.
