NUTELLA CHEESECAKE MOUSSE
YES!! MOUSSE!
Cnfession time. I was trying to make Nutella Cheesecake, and after trying to set it over night, it ust wasn’t meant to be! just before throwing this in the trash I thought, ‘NOOOO wait’!! And this was born. Just by adding Xanthum gum. That stuff is truly incredible! A natural thickener that’s actually good for you, or better than gelatine.
If you don’t have this, you can replace it with psyllium husk or guar gum!

Ingredients
- 100 g low fat cream cheese
- 100 g low fat vanilla greek yoghurt

- 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 - 2 teaspoons <a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0007PB6SS/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B0007PB6SS&linkCode=as2&tag=cafedeli-20&linkId=JKCEVRVAMYSE3TXF">Hazelnut Extract</a><img src="http://ir-na.amazon-adsystem.com/e/ir?t=cafedeli-20&l=as2&o=1&a=B0007PB6SS" width="1" height="1" border="0" alt="" style="border:none !important; margin:0px !important;" /> (adjust to your tastes)
- 2 tablespoons sugar/sweetener

Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl (except the xanthum gum). Once combined, slowly add the xanthum gum and mix until the mixture begins to thicken into a beautiful mousse!! At this point, you can eat it straight away, or refrigerate to set and thicken further!! Enjoy guys!

hi how are u, I want to make this recipe, buuut, i cant find the xanthum gum I need for the mousse, what can I use instead of xanthum?

You could try and substitue Guar gum, any flour or psyllium husk, but I can’t guarantee the result as I’ve only used Xanthum gum
