Do you think it would be too difficult to make chicken marsala for 8 people? Would I just double or would it be better to do the recipe for 4 twice? Could I make it ahead and reheat the whole thing?
Yes, you can make the chicken for 8 people. Doubling would be great and you are welcome to make it ahead of time if needed. Hope that you enjoy it and have 8 happy people;)!!

Trying the shrimp fajitas tomorrow my wife is a massive fajita lover and have tried many your shrimp will be a new one and it’s a surprise as she joins me back here home in the Côte de Azur from a trip back to the U.K.
I’m sure they will be great.
